Lemon Cherry Sparkling Mead
Featuring the full flavours of Blackberry Honey & Okanagan Black Cherries, combined with a crisp tart finish from the lemon, this Sparkling wine is meant to be served chilled.
Made in the Pét-Nat style (pétillant naturel), this excellent Sparkling Mead is bottled at just the right moment before fermentation is complete. The result is a Naturally-Carbonated honey wine that is both refreshing and flavourful.
As always, there are NO Sulfites, fining agents, other additives, nor preservatives used in our winemaking process.
