SSI Mead Co. – Session Mead

Salt Spring Island Mead Company's Session Meads are Low-Alcohol (5% to 7% ABV), naturally carbonated, and fermented from 100% BC honey & fruit juices (from our farm and others) to create a refreshing beverage that you can "session."

Similar to a hard cider, Session Mead is instead made from fermented honey. Because you are drinking the nectar of bees that is impeccably fermented into extra dry alcohol, you will have a lighter, more euphoric experience than when drinking beer, vodka coolers, red & white wines, or hard ciders.

*Note: Because No Sulfites or other preservatives are added to any of our meads, you'll feel a lot better when the morning after that session finally arrives ...
