This Clover Show Mead is spicy & smooth, showcasing the unique flavour of clover honey. Off-dry, but not sweet.
Show Mead is the hardest Mead to make. Featuring only honey, water and yeast, there is nothing for the mazer to hide behind when making a Show Mead. Because honey has none of the nutrients yeast need to be happy as they ferment, show mead is extremely difficult to make and relies on careful temperature control and time to make a beautiful wine.
