Estate Black Currant
Our mom came over and unexpectedly harvested 100 pounds of Black Currants from our bushes one sunny afternoon last summer. So we turned them into a sophisticated, balanced mead with a sumptuous pink hue. This mead is off-dry and bursting with tart Black Currant overtones. Gorgeous to behold in the glass, it is a delight on the palette, either on its own (at any time) or served as an apéritif before dinner.
Extremely Rare – only 30 cases were produced in 2022.
