Estate Blackberry
Our Flagship Mead Wine, the Estate Blackberry features Himalayan Blackberries picked from the fringe of our hay field. A prickly and painful week of harvest went into the making of this sumptuous, decadent, smooth and delightful mead wine - but we think it was worth it because Blackberries make the best wine of any fruit there is.
Featuring a double hit of Blackberries - we used both Blackberry Honey (honey made from blackberry flowerers) and our very own Estate Blackberries to make this mead.
