In a quest to make the perfect party mixer, we’ve created SOIRÉE, a Sparkling Mead to match any Prosecco or Champagne out there. Pop the top and drink it straight for a celebration, or mix with Campari, Aperol, or Elderflower Liqueur to make a refreshing “Spritz” style cocktail.
Essentially a naturally-carbonated Show Mead, SOIRÉE is made of only Clover Honey, Yeast, and Mineral Water. There are no Sulphites, preservatives, or any other additives in this very pure and special wine.
